The role is with a highly reputable organisation and offers the chance to support a HR team while further developing your HR skills.

This position is ideal for someone in the early stages of their HR career-either looking to step into HR for the first time or with minimal experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.

About the role…

The HR Administrator will provide essential support across a broad range of HR functions, including:

- Maintaining and updating employee records in HR system
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Managing general HR enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration through SAP Payroll
- Maintaining HR documentation and processes comply with policies and legislation
- Preparing HR documents and handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Someone in the early stages of their HR career-either looking to step into HR for the first time or with minimal experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
- Valuable administration skills




- Ability to quickly learn new systems (SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll)
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Full working rights in Australia

Employment type… Temp casual (hourly paid)

Work Hours… Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Work arrangement… Onsite for the first few weeks for training; then hybrid with 2 days WFH

Car parking… Provided

Start date… ASAP
