We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to help guide and mentor our fabulous team.
Candidates would ideally hold either a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood, and have prior experience as an Educational Leader.
About Wings:
Wings Early Learning Algester is a purpose-built 100 place Early Learning Centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our established team. We are busy, very sought after centre in our community!

- A fully equipped dedicated staff retreat with a kitchen, comfortable seating and individual lockable lockers for personal belongings
- A shower room with towel and laundry service, hair and beauty products and hair blow-dryers and straightener, for staff to freshen up after physical activities or during hot weather

Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience in a leadership or management role (including as an ECT or Educational Leader) within an early childhood education and care setting – ideally a larger service such as this one.
- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators
- Have a long-term career view with the chance to grow with the business.
