Operational Resilience Risk Manager
Join our Risk and Advocacy function as an Operational Resilience Risk Manager. This is a senior opportunity to shape and strengthen resilience practices across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business resilience and continuity frameworks, policies, and tools
- Set resilience requirements and oversee Critical Operations
- Provide Second Line advice, assurance, and regulatory alignment (CPS 230)
- Drive training, awareness, and a strong resilience culture
- Lead crisis/incident response and embed lessons learned
- Report to senior management and mentor team members
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (business, law, finance, IT, mathematics, risk, compliance) is highly desired
- 5+ years’ experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience (including business continuity) roles within a financial services setting
- Strong understanding of Insurance Operations
- Demonstrated experience in risk and control frameworks
- Experience with prudential regulatory frameworks, specifically CPS 230
- Proven experience in dealing with senior management

Salary: A$140,000.00 - A$160,000.00
