Must be available for early morning shift, 4am start

What you will do?
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas
- Be well‑versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
More about you
- Previous food and beverage experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Food Safety Certificate
- Barista and Bartender skills is highly desirable
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience
- Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including 4am shift starts
