- Establish and lead a high‑performing program team including SMEs, Project Managers, and vendor partners.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates to Steering Committees and executive stakeholders.
- Build strong partnerships with Finance, IT, Customer Experience, and Seniors Services teams.
- Influence decision‑making across diverse stakeholder groups to balance business needs and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate outcomes that deliver value and alignment with program objectives.
- Ensure business adoption objectives are integrated with delivery milestones.

- Partner with Change and Communications teams to develop and execute adoption, training, and transition strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments across systems, data, and processes.
- Track and report on benefit realisation, including measurable improvements in operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage enterprise risks to ensure continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, modelling Uniting’s values – imaginative, respectful, compassionate, and bold.
- Promote a safe and supportive working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

- About 10 years’ experience leading large‑scale transformation programs (up to ~$20M).
- Proven success delivering large complex programs or enterprise system transformations, ideally in multi‑site or regulated environments.
- Strong governance, planning, and vendor management capability.
- Ability to lead lean, high‑performing delivery teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing ambiguity and balancing competing priorities to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and benefit realisation in large programs.

- A strong sense of purpose and alignment with Uniting’s mission of social impact and community care.
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, or other regulated industries (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated success in reducing enterprise risk or achieving compliance outcomes.
- Experience in the not‑for‑profit or community services sector.

- A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
