Job Responsibilities
- Participate in rotations within core departments such as R&D;, supply chain, marketing, and operations to gain in-depth understanding of business operations.
- Participate in multinational business projects, including market research, data analysis, process optimization, and client communication.
- Participate in writing English or bilingual briefings, project reports, and market analysis materials.
- Assist department heads in advancing international cooperation projects and coordinating with overseas teams or international clients.
- Participate in key tasks such as strategic planning, project management, and business analysis, according to the training phase.
- A deep understanding of the company culture, business model, and management system is essential to prepare for future management roles.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a renowned domestic or international university (or long‑term overseas study or living experience).
- Solid Chinese communication skills (basic Chinese or above) and fluent English (or another native language).
- Strong cross‑cultural communication skills and a strong interest in developing a career in China.
- Robust learning ability, clear logic, and a willingness to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
- Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
- Long-term residence / study experience in Europe, America, or other developed countries.
- Internship experience in international projects or multinational corporations.
- Background in business analytics, finance, engineering, supply chain management, materials science, or related fields.
- Multilingual proficiency.
