Casual - Hybrid - Sydney

At PwC Australia you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of the Litigation Regulatory and Counselling ( LRC ) teams matters and processes that sits in the Office of General Counsel and Secretariat. As a LRC casual paralegal youll play a vital role in assisting lawyers within the LRC team with all aspects of legal research administration and processes working with clients across various departments and levels of the organisation utilising your technical and project management skills to assist our internal stakeholders and contribute to achieving impactful results.

What you’ll do

- File and Matter Management : Organise and maintain matter folders systematically develop and update templates and draft documents and ensure all folders and tracking systems are current and accurate.
- Document Review : Conduct thorough reviews of matter documents to ensure accuracy compliance with firm standards and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in Preparing Legal Advice and Memos : Support the team in drafting precise and comprehensive legal advice and memos for various stakeholders ensuring clarity and adherence to firm standards.
- Legal Research : Perform detailed research on legal cases precedents and relevant legislation using various platforms to provide the team with well-substantiated insights.
- Precedent and Protocol Development :



Assist in creating and maintaining a library of legal precedents and protocol documents to be used across the team ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
- Team Management and Administration : Coordinate and organise team meetings and learning and development seminars including scheduling preparing agendas and documenting actions.
