CrewSELECT require a Material Handler for an ongoing position for our client based in Canning Vale.
The client is a leading supplier of quality windows, doors, shower screens, mirrors, wardrobes and splash backs to new homes across the Perth Metro region.
YOU MUST HAVE FULL UNRESTRICTED WORKING RIGHTS.
Job Overview
- Ability to manually handle and move glass safely throughout the factory.
- Ability to manually handle and store large quantities of aluminium extrusions.
- Self‑motivated and ability to learn quickly.
- Team player; ability to work well within a team environment.
- Genuine work ethic with a can‑do attitude.
- Good written and excellent oral communication.
- Ability to adhere to WHS policies and procedures.
Whats in it for you
- Ongoing role with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate.
- $35.00 per hour plus penalties (Casual Rate).
- $28–30 per hour plus penalties (Full‑time Rate).
- 40 to 50 hours per week.
- Standard hours: Monday‑Thursday 6:30am – 3:00pm; Friday 6:30am – 12:30pm.
- Regular overtime offered.
About You
- Proven experience in a Warehouse or Factory role lifting and moving heavy and fragile materials throughout a factory setting.
- Any experience in doors or windows is highly advantageous.
Tickets and Licences Required
- Reliable transport to and from the workplace.
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Forklift Licence preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Police Clearance within 12 months.
