Knowledge
- Be familiar with the game of netball.
- Be familiar with Netball Australia guidelines for player development.
- Familiarise yourself with other Club contacts, Casey netball assoc, and other netball associations we have teams participating in.
- Understand the netball calendar for operational planning.
Tasks
- Work with the netball committee to develop and implement policy to continue to improve our club.
- Liaise with the netball committee through the registration period each season.
- Communicate with the treasurer to monitor the financial status of fee-paying participants.
- Oversee end-of-season planning i.e. presentation day
- Communicate on behalf of club or participants with Netball Associations should any issues arise.
- Foster club integrity among volunteers,
players and maintain a skilled image of the club.
- Attend Casey club delegates meetings (quarterly).
- Manage dedicated email.
- Communicate team listings and allocations.
- Set up of Netball Connect & Association Registrations - each half.
- Manage/maintain training schedules.
- Arrange/communicate Netball Committee Meetings.
- Maintaining volunteer compliance records.
- Facilitate interclub/team social media pages - each half.
- Distribute/collate Expression of Interest forms.
- Collate weekly player votes.
