Join Frasers Property as a Finance Graduate to gain diverse financial experience in a leading sustainable property developer with award-winning culture.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in a two-year graduate program with four six-month rotations across Development Finance, Financial Accounting, Forecasting, Planning & Analysis, and Treasury.
- Support reporting and analysis of project performance, budgets, forecasts, and monthly results.
- Assist with month-end close, statutory reporting, and collaborate with corporate functions such as IT and Sustainability.
- Support group forecasting, cashflow reporting, and key business initiatives.
- Assist with loan administration, bank guarantees, and cash flow forecasting.
- Work closely with Finance and business teams to deliver accurate financial and management accounting support.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Completion of a Business, Commerce, or Economics degree majoring in Accounting within 24 months prior to program start (studies completed by January 2026).
- Desire to undertake or currently undertaking CA / CPA qualifications.
- Record of academic success.
- Passion for starting a career in the Property industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and a team player aiming to make a meaningful impact.
- Ability to commence full-time employment by February 2026.
