About the Role
- Onsite and full‑time, based at our Chermside office.
- Professionally handle inbound calls from new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work towards sales and performance targets.

- Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored policies.
