Business Development Manager – Perth
Base salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation, vehicle and laptop. No bonus.
We are seeking an experienced skilled in mining, industrial, safety or health sectors to drive new business opportunities within a structured sales process and hand accounts over to internal account managers for ongoing support.
Core Functions of the Role
- Generate your own activity, pipeline and momentum
- Operate with significant autonomy
- Manage your own travel schedule and working hours
- Maintain consistent performance and activity levels
Approximately 50% travel within Western Australia, planned around your own schedule.
About You
We require a self‑managed, resilient and confident sales professional who has a proven record of building a territory from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Experience generating opportunities and driving outbound activity
- Proven ability to manage high personal KPI expectations (call volumes, site visits or activity‑based targets)
- Experience building business across a variety of customers, not relying on a small number of major accounts
- Confidence establishing new relationships, opening doors and operating without inbound leads
- Full Australian working rights
What We Offer
Competitive salary of $150,000 – $180,000 plus superannuation, vehicle and laptop. No bonus structure. Approximately 50 % travel across WA.
