A Day in the Life
- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members.
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
About You
- Demonstrated leadership experience – lead from the front, empower your team, embody a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
- Customer‑first mindset, solid fundamentals and seriousness about retail.
- Relevant experience in a retail/hospitality role is a plus, but we value the right attitude over experience.
