Responsibilities

- Assisting in the smooth operation of the F&B; department
- Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests making everyone feel welcome and valued
- Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items and hotel services
- Animate the restaurant and bar to make it fun, unique and an enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations and events
- The ability to coordinate and manage the day‑to‑day F&B; operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience every guest every interaction every day
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead‑by‑example approach will be infectious
- Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured fast‑paced environment with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
- Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers

Qualifications

- Experience in food & beverage operations ideally within the hotel industry
- Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
- Have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
- Highly organised self‑starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities




- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated high‑quality service standard
- Previous supervisor experience
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
