What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a high-spirited, team-oriented front-of-house team
- Bring calm confidence and spark to daily service
- Shape a warm, guest-first environment that feels generous and genuine
- Work closely with the kitchen and ownership to keep standards high and service smooth
- Build rosters, guide staffing levels, and balance wage costs with revenue goals
- Understand the financial heartbeat of the venue and support sustainable growth
- Keep operations organised, compliant, and full of heart
- Help dream up small moments, details, or ideas that make the venue feel special
