Contract Supervisor required for a commercial residential project working across facade and finishes

Your new role:
As a Finishes/Facade Foreman, you will oversee all aspects of façade and external finishes on a landmark multi-residential development in Northern Sydney. You’ll manage subcontractors, ensure quality standards, and maintain strict safety compliance while driving program delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising façade installation and finishes trades
- Coordinating with Site Manager and Project Manager to meet deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and company procedures
- Monitoring quality and resolving on-site issues promptly
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain workflow
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a Foreman on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of façade systems and high-end finishes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain program schedules
- Current White Card and first aid
