We’re searching for a proactive and high-energy Account Manager who can own their portfolio, manage campaigns, and turn opportunities into wins — all while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Grow revenue and drive conversions through outbound calls, follow-ups and smart cross/upselling
✔ Guide customers through promotions, product options and branded solutions
✔ Own the sales cycle — from first call to quote follow-up to handover to Customer Service
✔ Spot trends and provide feedback on campaigns and customer responses
✔ Maintain accurate customer records and keep data squeaky clean
✔ Collaborate with your team, share insights and support daily WIPs

Sales & Communication Skills
- Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Clear,
confident communication and active listening
- Resilience, motivation and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to focus and manage your time across multiple tasks
Technical Skills
- Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
- Robust accuracy and attention to detail
Experience
- B2B sales, internal sales or telesales background
- Experience in custom or branded merchandise (highly desirable)
