Deployment Lead – Finance Project | Adelaide | Contract / Temp
Pay: $90-$100/hr + Super (Temp) | Hours: 37.5/week | Location: Hybrid (3–4 days in CBD office) | Contract: To June 2026, with potential extension
We are seeking a highly capable Deployment Lead – Finance Project to support a major finance system reform program. This is a critical role that will oversee deployment activities and manage a Project Officer in supporting the broader project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of deployment activities for assigned groups.
- Organise and facilitate working group meetings; manage Go-No-Go checklists and risk reporting.
- Maintain project documentation in Jira and SharePoint, ensuring version control and stakeholder tracking.
- Supervise a Project Officer and ensure alignment with project goals and team structure.
- Liaise with stakeholders across multiple agencies and workstreams to ensure smooth deployment.
About You
- Robust experience in project or program management, preferably with finance system or ERP deployments.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and governance processes.
- Comfortable supervising junior staff and coordinating across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to diverse stakeholders.
- Full working rights in Australia; NPC clearance or ability to obtain.

- Location: Hybrid, Adelaide CBD (3–4 days/week)
