ORS is proud to launch our brand-new Inclusive Employment Australia Mental Health Specialist division. We are seeking passionate motivated and high-performing Employment Consultants to support participants living with mental health conditions into meaningful sustainable employment.

About the Role
As an Employment Consultant you will manage a caseload of participants with mental health disability and provide tailored person-centred support that empowers them to achieve their employment goals.
You will :
- Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model the worlds most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.
- Support participants through every step of their journey: vocational profiling, job search, resume and interview preparation, placement, post-placement support and ongoing support.
- Strive to exceed individual and team performance targets delivering sustainable employment outcomes and contributing to the overall success of the service.
- Build strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with NDIS and community providers ensuring wrap‑around supports for participants wellbeing.
- Monitor outcomes keep accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Celebrate participant achievements and foster resilience confidence and long‑term success.

What You Will Need
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification (Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health or related field).
- Experience in employment services, mental health support or disability services.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build trust with participants, their supports and employers.
- Business development skills and local employer connections (highly regarded).
- Current driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
- Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS Working with Children, Police Check).
