Bayside Cleaning is a leading residential cleaning provider across Sydney’s bayside and coastal suburbs. We’re growing quick and looking for reliable, experienced contract cleaners to join our high-quality team.

**About the Role**

You’ll be completing premium residential cleans in homes across the Bayside and surrounding areas. Work includes weekly/fortnightly cleans, deep cleans, and end-of-lease services depending on your experience. You set your availability — we assign the clients.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 1 year residential cleaning experience**:

- **Own vehicle** (reliable and suitable for transporting equipment)
- **Own cleaning equipment/products**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- ABN preferred (or willingness to obtain one)

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-standard residential cleaning services




- Follow client instructions and cleaning checklists
- Maintain consistent communication regarding job progress
- Use equipment and cleaning products safely and professionally
- Represent Bayside Cleaning with reliability and friendliness

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $46.75 - $48.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
