**About Us**
Bee’s Helping Hand is a small, caring, client-focused disability support service helping NDIS participants live with independence, dignity, and joy. We provide support in the home and out in the community — always with kindness, respect, and heart.
We are growing and looking for a compassionate, reliable casual support worker who can help with **regular support shifts**, as well as **holiday cover and sick leave fill-ins**, with opportunities to build your hours as our clients expand.
**About the Role**
We are looking for someone who can support NDIS participants with:
- Personal care (as required)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Social support and community access
- Shopping and appointments
- Respite and companionship
- In-home assistance and daily living tasks
Most shifts occur in the client’s home with travel in the local area.
**Holiday cover and sick leave fill-in availability** is essential. Reliability and a positive attitude are a must!

**Who We’re Looking For**
You are:
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable with both personal care and domestic support
- Professional and respectful
- Friendly with a positive approach
- Great with communication and boundaries
**Requirements**:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) **or experience in care**:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence + reliable car
