**The role**

We’re looking for a curious, proactive Analyst to join our Operational Resilience team and help strengthen how we prepare for (and bounce back from) disruption. You’ll play a key role in supporting our business continuity, supplier risk and resilience activities across the Group, making sure we’re future ready and CPS 230-aligned.

**Position Accountabilities**

In this role you will:

- Help deliver and continuously improve our resilience program.
- Support business impact assessments and identify critical processes and risks.
- Assist with third-party risk reviews, monitoring and policy guidance.
- Contribute to business continuity planning, testing and reporting.
- Support governance forums, crisis response activities and CPS 230 implementation.
- Provide data insights, incident analysis and reporting for leaders and the Board.

**What experience you’ll bring**

- 2 years in operational resilience, business continuity or operational risk.
- Insurance experience is a plus.
- Strong communicator with solid stakeholder skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to interpret data and support clear risk reporting.

**Location -Toowong**
