- The **Aerodrome Ground Handler** plays a critical role in ensuring the protected and efficient movement of aircraft and passengers at Fortescue’s aerodrome. Working as part of a small, high-performing team, you will support ramp operations, passenger check-in, aerodrome maintenance tasks, and general duties that contribute to the smooth daily running of the facility.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out daily aircraft ground handling operations in line with airline standards and procedures, including ramp and check-in functions
- Provide high levels of customer service for all scheduled aircraft movements
- Perform aerodrome maintenance activities such as cleaning, weeding, painting, minor repairs and general upkeep




- Complete tasks aligned to your skill set as directed by the Aerodrome Supervisor
- Maintain safety, compliance and service standards at all times
- **Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant experience and qualifications in ground handling for F100, B712, A320, A319 and B738 aircraft
- Strong customer service capability
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and manage competing priorities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality service delivery
- Competency in MS Office, SAP, online induction systems and workflow tools
