**About the role**
DOMU inspectors complete Pre Purchase, Pre Settlement, and Tenant Pre Application Rental Inspections for homes and investment properties. Using our simple digital template and OneDrive upload system, you’ll assess the property’s overall condition and record what you see. No tools, no ladders, no repairs, and no commentary. Just facts.
Each inspection takes around 20 to 30 minutes. You’ll arrive on site, take transparent widescreen photos, record a short video walkthrough, and add observational notes that cover both the good and the not so good. Every inspection includes a video. Once done, you’ll upload everything through our digital form and folder.
You’re the objective set of eyes helping buyers, renters, and investors make confident decisions. DOMU handles the bookings, templates, and admin so you can focus on delivering accurate, high quality reports.

**What we’re looking for**
We’re after people who:
- Have a keen eye for detail and pride themselves on thorough, accurate work
- Are confident using their mobile phone for photos, videos, and quick digital notes
- Are comfortable receiving and replying to booking info through WhatsApp
- Have reliable transport and can get to local properties on time
- Are professional and comfortable interacting with agents, owners, and tenants
- Enjoy independent work with versatile scheduling
- Hold an ABN and their own insurance
Experience in property, building, real estate, or inspections is helpful but not essential. Full onboarding and support are provided.
**Job Types**: Subcontract, Freelance
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
