**Trades Assistant / Installer - Louvre Shade**
**Full-Time | Immediate Start | Perth Metro & South West**
We’re growing rapid and need an energetic, hands-on Trades Assistant/Installer to join our team **as soon as possible**. If you’re reliable, switched on, and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect next step.
**About the Role**
You’ll work closely with our installation team on high-end louvre roof and outdoor living projects across Perth and occasionally the South West. Every day is different from assembling components and using power tools to assisting with installations on site.
We operate out of **Baldivis**and being able to pick up a company truck each morning is a huge bonus. If not, you’ll need your own reliable transport to and from site.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience with hand tools and power tools** (non-negotiable)
- **Previous experience working with aluminium** (massive bonus)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transport or ability to collect a truck from Baldivis is a big plus
- The ability to work safely, follow instructions, and be part of a small but fast-moving team
- Punctuality, initiative, and attention to detail

**Who This Job Suits**
Pay rate is based upon experience, we will pay beyond the bracket stated for the right person or someone that can lead their own team.
**How to Apply**
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
