**Position Summary**:
- Rise with us and oversee all hotel operations overnight (38 hours per week) while upholding the quality and standards of the property.
- Serve as the senior representative of management during the night shift and guide the night team with steady leadership.
- Assist guests arriving late or departing early, supporting smooth check in and check out experiences.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints with calm judgment, record incidents and ensure follow up.
- Supervise staffing levels and workflow through the night so guest service, operational needs and financial goals remain balanced.
- Complete night audit duties, balance and reconcile the day’s transactions and prepare required overnight reports.
- Manage late arrivals, early departures, walk ins, no shows and overbooking situations with accurate room allocation and billing.
- Monitor safety and security overnight by conducting or coordinating regular checks and following emergency procedures.
- Be an expert on the hotel and the local area so you can guide and reassure guests throughout their stay.
- Maintain clear communication with day shift leaders through detailed handovers and documentation.
- Support the wellness focused Westin experience by ensuring a quiet, safe and restful environment for all guests through the night.
**About You**:
- Experience using OPERA or a similar property management system
- Relevant experience in a comparable supervisory or managerial role
- Motivated to advance your career
- Confident, steady and focused in a rapid paced environment
- Equipped with practical solutions and a positive attitude
