The Chance
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business unit is seeking a Resource and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Power Projects team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our projects are adequately resourced by coordinating the mobilisation, onboarding, and transfer of personnel across multiple projects. You will also provide backup support for travel administration, making this a dynamic and varied position within our operations function.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will be based out of our Milton, Brisbane office location with flexible working arrangements available.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in coordination and administrative roles within busy environments.
- Prior experience within a learning & development environment would be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both blue-collar employees and senior management.
- Strong planning and organisational skills to manage high volumes and competing deadlines.
- Knowledge of travel booking administration.
- Personal attributes: excellent communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and initiative.
