We at Vital Community Care, are a small, friendly team based in Hoppers Crossing. We’re not about corporate buzzwords or cookie-cutter support. We simply believe people deserve to feel valued, understood, and supported in ways that actually make sense for their everyday lives.

About the Role:
We’re looking for Disability Support Workers who bring kindness, patience, and common sense. You’ll be working one-on-one with our NDIS participants, helping them with the things that make day-to-day life smoother, more enjoyable, and more independent.
Being able to speak clear, fluent English is key-our participants rely on good communication to feel safe, comfortable, and understood.
What your days could involve:
- Helping someone get ready for the day
- Supporting with appointments, shopping, or social outings
- Encouraging independence and celebrating wins, big or small
- Following simple support plans so everyone’s needs are respected
- jotting down a few notes so the team stays updated
No two days will always look exactly the same-and that’s part of what makes the job meaningful.
What you’ll need to have:
- A reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening
- A qualification in Disability, Community Services, or similar
- Current First Aid and CPR
