**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Prepper to join AMA Collision at Gemini Balcatta.
- Above-award pay and job security
- Full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday, 40 hours
- Overtime available for those who want more
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Preparing vehicles for paint, including priming, buffing, and de-nibbing
- Ensuring a high-quality surface is ready for spraying, as per the job sheet
- Handling all vehicles with care and attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and organised work bay
- Following all OH&S; and PPE protocols to keep yourself and the team safe
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in paint preparation or automotive painting
- A strong focus on quality and safety
- Great attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
