Job Description

**Your opportunity to join our team**

In this role as a Process worker, you will be supporting our Further Processing Plant. This hands-on role offers night shifts from Mondays to Fridays, with some weekend work as well. We have a variety of casual and permanent roles available.

**Daily Tasks**




- Process and inspect raw materials safely and systematically, according to the quality specifications.
- Being an active, committed, and reliable team member.
- Participate in safety initiatives, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks.
- Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools.
- Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Perform manual handling tasks which include lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching.

**You will bring to this role**
- Ability to work under minimum supervision in a small team.
- Capable of performing tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically in accordance with policies and standards.
- Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and information.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team workplace.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Able to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles.
- Good level of fitness is required as you will manually handle up to 5kg
- 15kg
