**About the Role**
**Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:
- **Developing effective solutions to meet customer needs**
- **Liaising with customers and drivers to coordinate transport services**
- **Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders**
- **Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements**
- **Delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards**
- **Promoting a positive image of the company at all times**
- **Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with OHS policies**
**About You**
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- **Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area**
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills**
- **A customer-centric and solution-focused approach**
- **The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships**
- **Excellent organisational and time management skills**
- **The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure**
- **A friendly, reliable, and skilled attitude**
