We provide innovative financial solutions for acquisitions, drawing on Natixis’ broad corporate finance capabilities and over 20 years of experience in the field. This includes financing for leveraged buyouts (LBOs), corporate acquisition, PtoP, spin-offs, bolt-on acquisitions, dividend recapitalisations and refinancing.

Global Markets
On the capital markets side, we provide foreign exchange and interest rate hedging solutions, debt investment products including structured products such as residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and collateralized loan obligations (CLO).



We also distribute equity derivatives products as well as vanilla bonds, including bonds issued by Natixis’ parent, Groupe BPCE.

Poste et missions

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee Sydney IT, to deliver high-quality IT services and support to the organization.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and maintain IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and requests from staff.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and IT services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Manage data center operations, ensuring uptime and reliability of critical systems and applications. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee IT invoice management, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments for IT services and products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder management, collaborating with various departments to understand their IT needs and ensuring solutions are implemented effectively.
- Foster robust collaboration with the infrastructure team across the APAC region, ensuring best practices are shared, infrastructure projects are aligned, and issues are addressed collaboratively to enhance overall operational efficiency.




- Leverage banking industry experience to enhance IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives and support growth and innovation within the banking sector.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in IT governance and security.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the IT environment..

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT budget management and financial oversight.
- Solid knowledge of IT helpdesk operations, infrastructure management, and data center operations.
- Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship building.
- Proficient in IT invoice management practices to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance standards specific to the banking industry.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and performance.

Optional Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP).
- Proven experience in IT within the banking or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends relevant to the banking sector
