About the Role
As Retail Manager, you’ll lead the front-of-shop operations and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will:
Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales and service goals
Drive customer loyalty and maintain a welcoming store environment
Oversee stock, merchandising, rosters, and store compliance
Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture
About You
You’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
You will bring:
Proven experience in retail or team leadership (pharmacy or health retail a bonus)
Strong communication, organisational, and people-management skills
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll
A current (or willingness to obtain) police clearance
Bonus points: S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
