In this fast-paced role, youll handle calls, provide expert guidance, and deliver exceptional customer service while working with diverse stakeholders. Workers compensation experience is essential, along with strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with multiple systems. What You'll Do
Manage workers compensation claims from lodgement through to resolution.
Support injured workers with tailored injury management and return-to-work plans.
Provide expert advice and guidance to employers, workers, and other stakeholders.
Handle a high volume of phone enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and navigate multiple systems to ensure compliance.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in workers compensation claims management (essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Resilience and empathy when supporting injured workers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
