Pay: $40 -45 per hour (Negotiable for the right candidate/experience)

A professional and busy family in Bayside, Victoria are seeking an experienced, active and nurturing nanny/household manager to care for their delightful twin boys (21 months) and provide support in keeping their household running smoothly.
Days and Hours

Monday: 7:00 am 4:30 pm
- Tuesday: 7:00 am 4:30 pm
- Wednesday: 7:00 am 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am 4:30 pm
About the Role
This is a hands-on role combining childcare, meal preparation, and general household organisation. The family are seeking someone who can form a loving, supportive bond with their boys while maintaining a calm, structured and engaging home environment.
The ideal nanny will be friendly, positive, highly organised, and experienced in caring for toddlers. Someone proactive who enjoys planning activities, encouraging development, and creating a nurturing atmosphere will thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for the children
- Follow and maintain the children s daily routine
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to support development
- Take the children for walks, to the park, and other outings
- Prepare nutritious family meals (organic and healthy where possible)
- Assist with light household duties including laundry, tidying bedrooms and play areas, grocery shopping, and general household organisation
- Contribute to weekly household planning to ensure smooth daily operations
Family s Expectations
- Minimum 10+ years experience as a nanny/house manager
- Experience with twins highly regarded
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working With Children Check
- Solid communication skills and fluent English (additional languages welcome)
- Non-smoker
- Comfortable with dogs/Pet Friendly
