Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning West Perth is looking for a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join their team.
Based at our offices on Gordon Street, West Perth. We are offering a full time role with a competitive salary package plus commissions.
This role offers challenging and varied work with an excellent and rewarding work environment.
Previous air conditioning/industry experience is preferred, but not essential. This role is perfect for a person with industry knowledge, looking at changing or furthering their career path.
You will be working with a long standing, knowledgeable team that are very supportive and motivating. We offer strong administrative support and guidance.
Applicant's key responsibilities will be:
- providing advice and sales proposals to new and existing clients in response to incoming phone and email enquiries;
- design plans and provide technical information for air conditioning systems;
- liaising with new and existing clients, builders, architects,
suppliers and contractors;
- providing prompt aftersales service and direction to customers;
- provide a high level of service to adhere to our high level of customer satisfaction.
Applicants must have:
- motivated attitude with professional presentation;
- ability to prioritise, time manage and meet deadlines with minimum supervision;
- excellent communication skills to understand and assist clients with their needs;
- excellent problem solving skills to offer solutions;
- capability to work closely in a team setting and collaborate with the team, clients, contractors and suppliers;
- previous air conditioning experience in any capacity preferred, but not essential.
