We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team and help us continue to provide exceptional early learning experiences.

Position Overview:
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Wildflowers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children’s growth, development, and sense of belonging. You will uphold our core values of Respect, Connect, and Thrive, fostering an inclusive and enriching learning environment where every child is seen, heard, and celebrated.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and implement nature-based, child-led learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
• Foster an environment that supports creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators to uphold Wildflowers’ philosophy and values.
• Create inclusive spaces that promote diversity, equity, and respect for all children.
What You’ll Bring:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification).
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• A commitment to fostering respectful, meaningful connections with children and families.
• A passion for nature-based learning and a child-centered approach to education.
