We looking for a motivated Novated Specialist to join our Fleet team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with robust customer service skills and a sound knowledge of Novated Leasing products to make an impact in a supportive, team-focused environment.
As a Novated Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Novated Lease drivers, managing quotations, new orders, and all customer enquiries with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll maintain strong customer relationships while helping to maximise incremental business opportunities.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide timely and professional responses to all driver requests, ensuring high-quality service.
- Prepare accurate Novated Lease quotations and follow up promptly.
- Support incremental unit and margin targets.
- Record all customer interactions and activities in ORIX systems.
- Resolve first-call enquiries including vehicle orders, payouts,
and general requests.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
- Ensure compliance with ORIX policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Strong verbal communication and numeracy skills.
- Sound knowledge of Novated Leasing products (some Fleet/Operating Lease experience is a plus).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with strong computer skills (Word & Excel).
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team.
