What you'll do
- Partner with our Principal to co-manage a residential portfolio, moving toward your own; seasoned PMs can jump straight into their own designated portfolio
- Act for the landlord while respecting and appreciating our tenants
- Handle enquiries, inspections, maintenance, and leasing administration
- Navigate conflict professionally to create win–win outcomes
- Keep immaculate records and stay on top of compliance and deadlines
What you bring
- A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice CPP41419 is favourable but not essential - we'll support the right person
- Experience in property management, real estate administration or other customer-facing roles
- Exceptionally organised and detail orientated
- Current driver's licence
