What you’ll do
• Deliver person-centred care for individual needs
• Provide support with personal care, and daily living
• Assisting with household tasks, and domestic support
• Provide transport and community participation.
• Promote social inclusion through recreational activities and outings.
What you’ll bring
We are seeking individuals who have:
• A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
• An ability to build trust and meaningful relationships.
• Relevant qualification in Disability
• Experienced in disability support (professional or personal experience valued).
• NDIS Workers Check Clearance, National Police Check (within 6 months), Working with Children Check
• Valid driver’s licence.
