What You Offer Us
· Pre Construction Knowledge: 3 years minimum in similar roles in Building Construction is desirable. A proactive individual who is detail oriented, driven, eye for detail and actively seeks self-improvement to reach their full potential.
· Administration: A love for overall Building Construction, strong administrative skills including, reviewing and reading plans, planning and attending consultant meetings involving coordinating meetings with clear agendas, timeframes, actions provided.
· Collaboration: Cross Collaboration and ability to create lasting relationships and connections across the internal and external teams which will be pivotal to the success of this role.
· Team: A Confident individual who is comfortable making decisions with proven experience confidently working both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
· Tertiary qualification preferred (e.g., Bachelor of Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management) preferred but not essential.
· 3 years minimum experience in a Pre Construction or similar role within the Building and Construction Industry (Architect, Draftsperson) is desirable.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Project); experience with Revu Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Procore highly regarded.
· Strong Understanding of Design and Construction principles and the Building Code of Australia.
