What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience: You’ve got at least 1 year in general dentistry under your belt.
- Patient Communication: You know how to explain treatment clearly and ethically – no sales pitch, just genuine care.
- Efficient, but Thorough: You respect the clock but never rush. You value quality work, and your notes are always meticulous.
- People Skills: Whether it’s a nervous patient or a chatty one, you build trust quickly and keep your patients loyal.
- Team Player: You work well with a supportive, close-knit team that values communication and collaboration. (And if you’ve got a big ego, this might not be the place for you. We like humility.)
- Flexible: You can handle both regular and emergency cases with ease.
- A Sense of Humor: If you can join our morning huddles (half strategy, half comedy) with a smile, we’ll get along just fine.
