Gippsland East LLEN is a small not-for-profit organisation that supports young people in Wellington and East Gippsland Shires by improving local opportunities to access education and work.
We do this by bringing together community partners to support regional initiatives that are beyond the scope or capacity of our individual stakeholders. We are well known and respected for our community engagement, collective leadership, inclusiveness, trust, openness, and forward thinking.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills to join the team as VETDSS Cluster Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with secondary schools across the region to increase access and provision of VET for Secondary School students in the Wellington and East Gippsland Shire.

Key Selection Criteria

1. Knowledge and understanding of the VET sector
2.
Knowledge of local and regional industry skills needs and an understanding of relevant industry career pathways for young people.
3. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships and collaborative partnerships.
4. Demonstrated project management skills.
