Following recent contract wins and growing demand for ICT professionals, Moraitis Consulting is expanding its recruitment capability. This role sits at the foundation of that growth with a clear pathway into a Talent Manager role within 12 to 18 months as the internal function develops.

What You Will Do!
- Coordinate and support ICT and Executive recruitment campaigns linked to new contracts
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across technical and professional disciplines
- Source, screen, schedule, and support end-to-end hiring and onboarding
- Manage recruitment systems, candidate documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Contribute to process improvements, talent strategy, branding, and candidate experience
- Prepare for future team leadership as the talent function grows
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years experience in ICT recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Solid understanding of ICT roles, functions, and industry terminology
- Organised, proactive, and confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and acquiring candidates using search tools and platforms
- Proficient in ATS systems, Microsoft Office, Talent platforms and recruitment technologies
- Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and follow structured processes
- Based in Darwin office Monday to Friday with full Australian working rights
(WFH may be considered after probation – 4 day week may be considered)
