Project System Officer

- Salary: $97,955 - $111,142 (Plus Superannuation)
- Ongoing, full time role (flexibility may be available)
- Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available

The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project System Officer with experience in project coordination or systems administration, ideally in a government or complex environment. Strong organisational, digital, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to support system users and maintain accurate project data.

Main accountabilities:

- Prepares reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues that impact at program or organisational level
- Manages projects, usually under limited direction
- Prepares project scopes and briefs within broad parameters
- Contributes expertise to a team working on complex projects

The Team

The position of Project System Officer forms a part of the ACFE, Pathways and Workforce within the Skills and TAFE group.

Skills and TAFE (S&T;) focuses on enabling Victorians to access the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to participate in today's workforce, prepare for future jobs, and achieve their educational aspirations.

About You

- Project Delivery: Defines tasks to be delivered to meet agreed outcomes; Coordinates and guides others in the execution of work activities; Monitors progress of tasks against plans and takes corrective action when required.
- Outcomes Thinking:



Works with sense of purpose within the team and enables others to understand the strategic direction of the branch and organisation.
- Systems Thinking: Identifies and understands the impact of particular courses of action on other parts of the organisation or more broadly.
