This opportunity will manage a dual caseload of NDIS and community aged care services, so if you are wanting variety, this is the role for you!
Key areas of the role are:
- Working closely with participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
- Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations for both NDIS and HCP clients
- Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio + Speech) to provide holistic care plans
- Participating in individual and group wide career development initiatives
There are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career both locally and nationally.
The successful candidate will have
- Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
- Ideally 12 + months post graduate experience, but first year OTs very welcome to apply.
- Strong passion for working with both NDIS and community aged care participants
Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $80k-$100k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work life balance, plus your choice of full time or part time.
