THE POSITION
- Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service, as well as a variety of functions
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training team members
- Maintain focus on Food and People safety
THE PERSON
- Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
- Substantial experience in a similar role
- Strong experience with high volume food production and functions catering for small and large numbers
- Excellent written & verbal professional communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Experience with managing finances and operating to a budget
