Your Impact
We’re looking for a Social Specialist who know their way around a media budget but also have a pulse on what people are watching, sharing and talking about. You’ll help shape the social presence of some of Australia’s most iconic brands - where creativity meets performance and insight drives action.
This role is part of our 1House team. 1House is Asahi Beverages’ internal marketing agency. We bring together creators, strategists, media minds and producers as one connected team. We make bold, effective work for brands like Carlton Draught, Solo, Schweppes and Vodka Cruiser. Our job is to raise the bar on creative thinking and marketing performance - every brief, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap and more
- Collaborate with creatives to ensure assets are platform-perfect and performance-ready
- Track campaign pacing and performance, raising issues before they become problems
- Translate data into smart insights and future-facing recommendations
- Stay across platform updates, ad formats and what’s trending
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and strategic alignment
About You:
- 2+ years' experience in paid social media (agency, brand or publisher side)
- Deep familiarity with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and platform tools
- A sharp attention to detail, organised mindset and passion for performance
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Insight-driven thinking and a natural curiosity for what’s new
- FMCG or large brand experience is a plus
