About the role
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting your local community? Priceline Pharmacy South City Square is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team in Woolloongabba, QLD. In this varied and rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering the highest standards of care and expertise to our patients and customers.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their health and wellbeing needs
- Handling cash and card transactions with care and accuracy
- Stocking and maintaining the pharmacy shelves to ensure a neat and tidy presentation
- Answering enquiries and directing customers to the appropriate Pharmacy team members
- Supporting the Pharmacy team with administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a customer service or retail environment, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- A genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing the best possible care to our customers
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A team player attitude and the willingness to assist the Pharmacy team as needed
