Join Amplar Health as a Community Physiotherapist delivering in-home care across North Brisbane and Bribie Island in a supportive team environment.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Provide physiotherapy care in clients’ homes across North Brisbane and up to Bribie Island
- Deliver Rehab in the Home services for post-orthopaedic surgery recovery
- Support Hospital in the Home programs for post-hospitalisation care including general surgeries
- Implement Support@Home Packages to enable client independence
- Offer private physiotherapy tailored to self-identified client needs
About You
What you'll need:
- Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Experience in aged care or community settings preferred; recent graduates are welcome
- Ability to work independently and make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives
- Own vehicle for travel across the region (travel kilometres reimbursed)
